A talk on \u201cChallenges in building a New Start-Ups\u201d was delivered by Mr.Karthi Eswaramoorthy on 25 th of April 2022 at Kongu Engineering College. It is anautonomous engineering college located at Perundurai, Erode. It\u2019s a college which isaffiliated to Anna University and accredited with \u2018A\u2019 Grade by National Assessment andAccreditation Council.<\/p>\n
He delivered the talk with the story. The story is: there was a stone onthe road, no one cared and everyone left the road by crossing that. Everyone knows that thatstone will be the reason for someone\u2019s fall but no one cares. A small kid crossed the sameroad and on seeing that stone, he moved away the stone from the road. And that\u2019s thechallenges that everyone will face to build a New Start-Ups. Everyone will pop up with ideas,who implemented and how matters the most. And that\u2019s the challenge that everyone has toface in building a New Start-Ups. Before you implement your ideas into actions, you have tothink whether it will be useful for people. And try to get your start-up ideas from your ownsufferings as that will be problem to many of us. Solution to that will really reach heights, buthave to wait until it reaches peoples. That\u2019s the biggest challenge that one has to face. Manypeople failed in that as they don\u2019t have patience.<\/p>\n
